   A FULLY EQUIPPED CALL CENTRE TO LET - IN GTR. MANCHESTER


A    54-seat   fully-equipped   and   serviced   In-Bound/Out-Bound  Call  Centre  on  the  Ground  Floor  of   a   modern  fully  serviced  building  situated   near   to  Middleton  in(Greater Manchester).  The  call  centre  and  its  facilities occupy 2,000 sq. ft. and  are fully  air-conditioned.  Large windows  provide natural lighting during the day 

Off-street   parking   is   available   24hrs   a day for  two  key personnel.  Excellent  connections  are available from the  M60, M62  and  M66 and bus routes from Manchester, Middleton, Oldham Chadderton, Shaw, and Rochdale.

The   facilities  include  a   shared,   fully-staffed reception/meeting area.                                

A computerised switchboard ensures that  calls  to the centre  managers  are  routed quickly and efficiently. Reception  staff  are  included  in  the offer, but Line Rental is not included.

Comfortable  seating  for  six  in the lobby  area provides ample room for visitors & candidates.   

Reception staff  provide  security  and  are there to alert you when visitors arrive.

The shared  training  and  meeting  room  is fully equipped   with  video  and  overhead  projection  equipment  and  can  seat  up  to  14  people. Availability  is   highly  flexible  and   should   be booked  in advance  with  the  building's facilities manager.

The  call   centre  is  air-conditioned  and natural lighting  is  available  during the day  which  has  been   proven  to  decrease  stress  and improve productivity.

The management suite is  extensively equipped  with 2 desks, 3 screens, and  computers giving  full   monitoring  facilities  and  instant  access  to  all  call centre operations.

THE IT DEPARTMENT - PROVIDING FULL SUPPORT

Complete IT support by fully qualified and experienced engineers is offered as part of the package.

This includes ongoing support and testing, periodic system upgrades, system maintenance and ‘as required’ IT support and repair (excluding headsets).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shared en-suite canteen and dining area and toilet facilities also include an area where your agents can relax.

The Rent also includes:

Terms

Minimum 12 month lease, payable quarterly in advance. Tenancy subject to satisfactory references.

RENT: £6,750/month (£81,000/per annum)

Payable quarterly in advance (£20,250) - Equivalent to £1,500/per annum per seat.

The landlords are willing to accept an offer in the region of £300,000 for the equipment and transfer of licences  (£485,000 at cost) and in consideration to adjust the rent to an equitable monthly amount to be negotiated.
