Reception staff provide security and are there to alert you when visitors arrive.
The shared training and meeting room is fully equipped with video and overhead projection equipment and can seat up to 14 people. Availability is highly flexible and should be booked in advance with the building's facilities manager.
The call centre is air-conditioned and natural lighting is available during the day which has been proven to decrease stress and improve productivity.
The management suite is extensively equipped with 2 desks, 3 screens, and computers giving full monitoring facilities and instant access to all call centre operations.
Large windows give a view over the workplace area.

THE IT DEPARTMENT - PROVIDING FULL SUPPORT
Complete IT support by fully qualified and experienced engineers is offered as part of the package.
This includes ongoing support and testing, periodic system upgrades, system maintenance and ‘as required’ IT support and repair (excluding headsets).

Shared en-suite canteen and dining area and toilet facilities also include an area where your agents can relax.
The Rent also includes:
